Hi there! My name is Alexy Smith, and I’m a 20-year-old nursing student with a passion for fashion. I’ve always dreamed of opening my own clothing business, and today, I’m proud to introduce The Salty Sip Boutique. This is more than just a business to me; it’s a dream come true.

Growing up in Mississippi with my two younger sisters, who are now helping me with the business, I’ve always been inspired by the idea of combining my love for style with a purpose. The name The Salty Sip Boutique holds a special meaning to me. The word “salt” is inspired by a Bible verse, Matthew 5:13-16, where Jesus calls us to be the salt of the earth. Just like salt enhances the flavor of food, we are called to enhance the world with our faith, living out the purpose God has given us. As a believer, I’m focused on being a Godly influence rather than a worldly one, and I want my boutique to reflect that.

The "sip" part of the name is a nod to my roots here in Mississippi, with a little help from my mom in choosing it! It's a fun, Southern touch that speaks to the culture and warmth of where I come from.
